Pebble Heights Assisted Living and Memory Care offers a personalized and individualized care plan to best assist your loved family member. We do this in collaboration with families and their comprehensive team of interdisciplinary healthcare providers in an intimate, home-like environment.

Licensed, certified, background screened, experienced, compassionate care staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to meet each resident’s unique care needs and preferences
Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) -- i.e. assistance with: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, incontinence care, etc.
Medication management and administration
High staff-to-resident ratio (1:5 or better)
Personalized care plans for each resident designed by a registered nurse, in conjunction with a medical director/practitioner
3 well-balanced, nutritious, home-made meals per day & snacks

Upscale residential assisted living care home located in a gated residential neighborhood serving the Southwest Phoenix Valley in Pebble Creek, Goodyear, Arizona
Safe and secure environment for those with wandering, dementias, memory loss
Private and semi-private bedrooms (shared and private bathrooms available with grab bars and walk-in, wheelchair accessible showers)
Multipurpose activity/ recreational/ exercise room
Backyard with great walking paths, for residents to enjoy nature, fresh air, the garden and can get physical exercise
Gardening at our raised vegetable/flower beds
Comfortable and senior-safe furniture, fresh linens and towels
Complete laundry of personal clothing weekly and as needed
Regular house-keeping
Daily spot cleaning and daily trash removal

A large-screen HDTV in every room, with full cable TV connections included
Every room is fully furnished with furniture and bed linens. Residents are welcome to bring their own furnishings and decor, if they wish, to personalize their room and make it cozy and familiar to them.

Daily social and recreational activities focusing on physical and cognitive functioning. We incorporate a robust schedule of daily activities ranging from music, arts & crafts, bingo, games, senior-safe exercises, movie nights, and other activities and special events wherein we celebrate birthdays and national holidays for friends and family to attend.
